Our House

I called the appraiser yesterday to see what the status of the appraisal was, I wasn't sure wether or not to call and ask or not, but we are so anxious so I did. I am glad I did, because she said that she was out to our lot last Sunday and she hopes to have the appraisal done MONDAY!!!!  :O) We are soooo excited! So hopefully Monday we will have some awesome news! YEAH!

Here are some pictures of our house that I am finally posting.

This is what the front of the house looks like. This is not on our lot, yet! This is at the place we got the house from. They had just got it in.

This is the built in entertainment center that you see when you walk in the front door.

To the left of the entertainment center there is a hallway that leads to the built in computer desk, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry room. Here is a picture of the computer desk.

Here is the bathroom

Here is the laundry room. It even comes with a washer and dryer. I don't know what we will do with them. We may use these ones and store our old ones, or we may store our old ones and use these ones. Who knows. It's nice to know that we have a spare just in case.

Here is a picutre of the flooring.

We wern't able to get into the whole house as it was in sections and we could only get into the front and back door. The slding doors into the kitchen were blocked shut so we couldn't get into the kitchen and we didn't want to cut the plastic covering the sections to see the rest of it. Here are some pictures of what the spec home looked like though. Ours will be pretty much the same with only minor differences.
