Here is a picture of the small mouth bass that we caught on Thursday. We went fishing in the Dam Park pond. This is the pond by our new house. I hope that there are bigger fish than this in there. This small mouth bass was about 4" long. Not very big. They are pesky little guys too. Darin was taking him off the hook and he got cut by the fins. The top and the bottom fins on these fish have a sharp pin like feel to them when their fins are up. Boy are they sharp too. You have to be careful when you grab them to grab them from the top and move your hand down and keep the fins down otherwise you will get poked by the several little pin like things in their fins.
