Pull-apart Bacon Bread

Today, I made this yummy dish for breakfast... It was okay... not GREAT, but just okay. I will make it again, but with changes. Not sure just what changes yet, but have lots of ideas!
12 bacon strips, diced
2 tubes (12 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbs Itallian salad dressing
2 tsp olive oil
cook bacon until done but not crispy, remove to paper towel to drain

combine cheese, dressing mix, oil and bacon

Seperate and cut 1 tube of biscuits into quarters and place in a greased 10" fluted tube pan
sprinkle half of the cheese mixture on top of the first tube of biscuit quarters

Separate and cut second tube of biscuits into quarters and place on top of cheese layer mixture.

Top with remaining cheese mixture
Bake at 375 for 25-30 min or until golden brown.

Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

Serve immediately!
